Menu for the Week

This is my tentative menu for the week:

Sunday:
Tilapia w/cilantro-lemon butter with baked potato wedges and green beans
Monday: Black Bean Burgers
Tuesday: Baked Spaghetti
Wednesday: Pizza!
Thursday: Leftovers
Friday: Portabello Mushroom Ravioli (from Trader Joes!)
Saturday: Stuffed Pizza Bites

Yum, yum and double yum!

  2. I would love a good baked spaghetti recipe! Where did you get yours?

  3. I made my baked spaghetti recipe up, it's very easy. First, boil a bunch of spaghetti. Then pour spaghetti sauce in the bottom of an 8x8 glass pan (or 9x13, you can make it as big as you want). Then add drained spaghetti, top with more sauce. Sprinkle mozarella on top and then add breadcrumb mixture (1 tbsp butter, melted, mixed with 1/4 cup italian bread crumbs - stir till crumbly and then sprinkle on top). Bake @ 350 for 15 minutes. Enjoy!
